Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or life transitions, our therapists use proven approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Peer-Led Healing
There is healing in community. Group therapy brings together individuals who share similar experiences to learn from one another, reduce isolation, and develop coping skills in a supportive peer environment facilitated by a licensed clinician.
Groups offered include:
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) encompasses case management activities and is designed to help individuals with serious mental illness live successfully in their communities. Our CPST workers and case managers provide hands-on support that goes beyond the therapy room.
Per OAC 5122-29-17, CPST encompasses case management activities and both are provided as one integrated service.
Billing code: H0036 (CPST). Who benefits: Adults and youth with serious mental illness, individuals transitioning from hospitals or facilities, and anyone struggling to navigate multiple life systems simultaneously.

H2020 | Structured Intensive
Day Treatment is a structured, intensive mental health program that provides more support than traditional outpatient care — without requiring hospitalization. Clients attend programming during the day and return home in the evenings, maintaining community connection while receiving intensive therapeutic services.
Day Treatment includes:
Who benefits: Individuals who need more than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization — including those stepping down from inpatient care or stepping up from outpatient services.
Before effective treatment can begin, we need to understand who you are and what you're dealing with. Our licensed clinicians conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that evaluate your mental health history, current symptoms, strengths, social functioning, and needs — and result in an accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment recommendation.
Billing code: 90791. This is the starting point for all services. A diagnostic assessment is required before most treatment services begin.
